Investigate and Prosecute
Investigate and Prosecute offers companies and private individuals a comprehensive, unique private investigation and prosecution service.
This service includes the initiation of investigations both in the UK and abroad, the compilation of admissible evidence for court proceedings, the preparation of a private prosecution and legal representation at court.
Investigate and Prosecute prides itself on efficient case management, the highest standards of evidence collection and the robust prosecution of criminal conduct. It is a one-stop, gold standard service that enables the client to control the speed of the investigation and prosecution, rather than the police or the Crown Prosecution Service. It can be particularly effective in tackling large-scale crime that has not been prioritised by traditional law enforcement agencies.
